Limelight ceo presents gong at brit writers AWARDS

Musur Ali (Limelight Film Awards CEO) recently attended the annual Brit Writers Awards held at Madame Tussauds to present the Best Stage & Screenplay award.

This was won by Chris Bush for his screenplay The Impossibility of Apple Trees.,Whilst there he officially announced the reopening of Limelight, which is now accepting submissions for the 5th round.

Brit Writers Awards (which is an official sponsor of Limelight) aims to honour upcoming and unpublished writers with 12 awards up for grabs. The overall winner of the night was Georgina Kirk with her Children’s story ‘Once Upon a Princess a very Hairy Beard Did Growbeing’ being rewarded with £10,000 and a publishing deal.
